The San Diego ASCE Younger Member Forum (YMF) is excited to offer our members a Professional Engineering (PE) Exam Review Course.
The course will be taught by highly regarded professional engineers currently working in the field who can prepare you for the exam by:
-Addressing the most common technical areas covered in the exam
-Encouraging you to maintain a reasonable and effective study schedule
-Helping you to enhance your problem solving and strategic thinking skills
-Performing practice problems and answering your questions during class time
Topics in the Review Program:
-Structural Analysis I
-Highway Geometric Design
-Construction
-Hydraulics and Hydrology
-Geotechnical Engineering
-Surveying
-Seismic
The civil breadth course meets over seven weeks and is designed to prepare students for the breadth (AM) portion of the NCEES principles and practice exam.
The surveying and seismic courses each consist of two half day sessions and are intended to prepare students for the state-specific surveying and seismic exams held on the second day of the testing cycle.
