Job Description:
Working under a senior project manager, the candidate selected for this position will assist in the development and implementation of a complex reclaimed water program. The position will require familiarity or the ability to learn various Title 22 requirements, water supply agreements, reclaimed water use programs and opportunities.
Candidate will help develop and prepare water resources planning documents through data collection, meetings with interested parties and conduct analysis. He/she will also review and comment on technical reports prepared by others; prepare board letters and other written correspondence.
Qualifications:
A Bachelors Degree from an accredited
college or university in civil engineering or a related engineering
field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong
organizational skills with the ability to effectively handle
multiple projects. At least 8 to 10 years of professional
experience involving in the water field. Experience in a public
agency a plus but not required. Registration as a professional
civil engineer is desired but not required.
