Public Sector Experience: The selected candidate will gain key public sector experience that can effectively positioning the candidate to go after and obtain key, sought-after public sector jobs.
Job Description:
Duties to include assisting public sector agency with re-write of Standard Specification documents. Successful candidate will process technical write-ups into specification format, incorporate suggestions or requirements from agencies' Contracts / Legal department and create draft standard specifications for final approval by the agency. Ideal candidate will have Water / Wastewater -Civil Engineering experience with a respected engineering company. Some Industrial / Manufacturing specification writing experience will be considered.
Qualifications:
Must possess excellent written and verbal communications skills. Bachelor's degree in Business or Public Administration, Engineering, Engineering Technology or related field plus four (4) years of experience in developing, writing, reviewing and revising specifications preferable in the Water / Wastewater industry.
