Mr. Kimo Look, Founder and Principal of Project Partners, Inc., is a Professional Civil Engineer (Registered in California and Colorado) with more than 20 years of experience. He was a Program Manager and Project Manager of numerous public sector engineering projects throughout California. In addition, Mr. Look is extremely active and very well respected in the professional community holding the following positions:

• Former President of Orange County Water Association (OCWA), a professional society for public and private water purveyors in Orange County.


• Active member of UCI Civil Engineering Affiliates, a committee of professional engineers that advises the University of California, Irvine - Department of Civil Engineering on course curriculum and Engineering Department development.


• Chairman of Southern California Chapter of California Rebuild America Coalition (CalRAC).


• Active member of American Public Works Association (APWA) on their Education and Career Guidance Committee


• Member of The Advisory Council - Moultan Niguel Water District
